One of 5 houses in a private development, offering well furnished, light and airy accommodation with excellent uninterrupted views of the coast, the Isle of Wight and sunsets over Portsmouth . The paved garden has a bench for al-fresco dining (weather permitting).

This is an ideal holiday setting for couples and families with interest in:-

• Birdwatching - being close to Chichester and Pagham Harbours, the new RSPB Bracklesham Reserve and 35 minutes from Arundel Wildfowl & Wetland Trust;
• Walking - there are scenic walking routes nearby and the rollling South Down's;
• Golf - with courses at Goodwood, Selsey and Chichester;
• Diving - with Mulberry Divers in Selsey and Wittering Divers in East Wittering.
• Horseracing - Goodwood and Fontwell Races

The surrounding area has plenty of entertainment including Chichester with its beautiful cathedral, pedestrianised shopping centre and theatre. Other attractions include Bosham, Itchenor (with its harbour tours), the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Cowdray Park, Amberley Castle, Goodwood House, Tangmere Aviation Museum and Portsmouth with its ferries to the Isle of Wight and historic dockyard.
